Is it Worth Shopping at the Lululemon Outlet?
Are you debating between shopping at the traditional Lululemon retail store or giving the outlet a chance? I definitely think the outlet is worth checking out, and there are a few ways to make sure you score the best deals!
One of the best things about shopping at the Lululemon outlet (and all other outlets for that matter) is the special promotions that they run. The Lululemon outlet definitely had some really great finds.
These are deals you can’t find at the regular Lululemon retail stores or online.
If you’re wondering about selection, don’t. The store was full to the brim and had some of the most popular and best-selling items, including the Align and Wunder Under lines.
There were SO many hidden gems.
Plus, they had a decent selection of both men’s and women’s clothing and accessories. So if you’re shopping for your husband, boyfriend, or friend, you can find something for them, too.
The store was divided into sections, so it was easy to shop. It was also clean and organized.
Overall, I was really pleased with the atmosphere and recommend planning a visit if you are a Lululemon fanatic.

How to Save Money When Shopping at Lululemon Outlet Stores
Here are a few tips I discovered after visiting the outlet store myself and speaking with a sales associate!
1. Watch for Special Promotions.
One of the biggest perks of shopping at a Lululemon outlet is the exclusive promotions you won’t find online or at regular stores.
These deals often rotate, so it’s worth checking back regularly. You can call the store ahead of time if you are interested in something specific, for example, leggings.
2. Look for Bundle-Style Offers.
When I visited, there were amazing multi-item deals like 2 for $30 hats, 2 for $80 leggings, 2 for $140 hoodies, and $40 backpacks. Buying in pairs can help you stretch your budget further.
3. Check out Color-Based Discounts.
Sometimes, certain colors or collections are marked down even more. For example, when I went, items in the “Mello Yellow” color were discounted by style—$19 tees, $19 wristlets, $29 shorts, and $69 jackets if you opted for the “Mello Yellow” color.
4. Ask about Current and Upcoming Sales
Sales associates are usually happy to share when new promotions or shipments are coming in. Since Lululemon locations get deliveries on different days, it’s worth asking when the next batch of new arrivals will hit the floor and what might be on sale in the following weeks.
5. Visit Often if You Live Nearby.
Lululemon outlets get new shipments frequently, and promotions change week to week. It’s a fast-moving flow of inventory and promotions.
If you’re local, stopping by regularly gives you the best chance of catching new markdowns and fresh inventory before popular sizes sell out.
What Day is the Best Day to Shop at the Lululemon Outlets?
There isn’t a specific day to shop at Lululemon outlets since each store gets new shipments on different days.
According to sales associates, most stores have one or two days a week when new arrivals come in consistently. The day after that is usually when the new items hit the floor.
If you live close to an outlet and plan to visit often, it’s worth asking the associates what their usual shipment days are so you can time your visits. But, if you’re stopping by while on vacation, I wouldn’t stress it.
Lululemon outlets get new items so often that you’ll almost always find a good selection no matter when you go.
Now, if you’re shopping the “We Made Too Much” sale online, new arrivals there usually drop on Thursdays.
So, if you prefer to shop from the comfort of your couch, that’s the day to check.
Does Lululemon Sweat Collective Work at Outlets?
Unfortunately, no. The Lululemon Sweat Collective discount does not apply at outlet locations.
The 25% discount is valid only on regular-priced Lululemon products. It cannot be used on products that are already marked down, including the “We Made Too Much” section, or during major sale events like Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or Warehouse Sales.
If you’re shopping at a Lululemon outlet, the Sweat Collective discount won’t apply to any purchases there.
Outlets already offer discounted pricing, and the program excludes all outlet items, markdowns, gift cards, and promotional offers. It’s always best to double-check the full terms if you’re unsure, but as of now, Sweat Collective savings only apply to full-priced gear.
Does Lululemon Have an Outlet Online?
If you don’t have an outlet nearby, you can shop some of the same deals online at Lululemon!
While there is not an “outlet” website specifically, don’t miss the “We Made Too Much” tab on the Lululemon website. Especially if you’re a regular at a yoga studio, you can find so much great technical athletic apparel to rock.
The “sale” section of their website, called “We Made Too Much,” has many of the prices and pieces the same as what I found at the outlet.
